Vintage RV Craze

One of my favorite affiliates is Tin Can TouristsThey are an all make and model vintage trailer and motor coach club. Their goal is to promote and preserve vintage trailers and motor coaches through gatherings and information exchange. These days, with so many RV Parks limiting age of RV to 2005 or newer the Tin Can Tourists are opting for "the older the better" RV's.  As a quick peek at their Blog, TCT Campfire will reveal, these are no shabby derelicts from yesteryear.   Their blog pages feature everything from a shiny 1935 Bowlus Road Chief trailer to this adorable tiny canned ham model.
You can keep up to date on all the rallies, caravans and gatherings like the tour of the Pennsylvania Route 6 in June and their annual gatherings at their own campground in Michigan and various other locations.

Their 2010 calendars are almost gone but still are available on their site.  Check in over there and get acquainted with this new old style of RV camping.
