Policies and Terms

Reserve an RV site online or by phone at 210-623-6737.  Note that the check in times are 1 PM to 5 PM.  Early arrivals can sometimes be made available by prior arrangement but all RVs should plan to arrive at the park before the park closes at 5 PM.   If you are reserving after noon on the day of your arrival, please call to reserve.  If an online reservation request does not show the site you choose as available or shows no availability, please call us as we always have openings.  Some sites are not available for online reservation and last minute cancellations may occur making an opening for you.  

Your reservation is confirmed by signing the Terms and Conditions and making payment in full.  By reserving you affirm that you have read, agree to and will abide by those terms and conditions.  Guests wishing to stay longer than 28 days must reserve by phone only.  Before or at arrival we require proof of pet shot records  You may text these to 210-422-7608 or email them to info@hiddenvalleypark.com. By accepting an extended stay reservation with us you certify that all your vehicles and your RV are insured and that you accept full responsibility for them as spelled out in the terms.
