INFO & RESOURCES FOR COPING
WITH COVID
Last Update 4/26/2022
We were OPEN during the COVID crisis and continue to remain open to serve our RV guests. Just a note about corona virus concerns: We
take very seriously the health and safety of our guests, extended stay guests and team
members. Even as things are getting relaxed we are constantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation and the impact it has on all of us.
We are following all the guidelines set out by the local and state health officials for
prevention of spreading the virus as well as taking all necessary precautions in
accordance with the CDC in regards to keeping our premises clean. We are determined to provide services to make our guests comfortable and exceed their expectations. Our office hours are from 1 to 5 PM. Our online digital pre-registration has really streamlined guest arrival. If at all possible please make reservations and payment online
for protection of both guests and team members. If you would prefer to make a
reservation over the phone you may do so by making the payment in full with a credit
card.
We wish you and your loved ones good health.
Below are some resources we provided during COVID that many found helpful so we are keeping them listed.

supplies, post cards and postage/envelopes/mail services.
UPDATE 4/26/22: Everything is open and operating but please respect the wishes of others regarding masks, social distancing, etc. Our weekend Brew-tiful Saturday Coffee Hour and Roaming Campfire has been reinstated, weather permitting.
UPDATE 3/30/2020: Cleaning logs are being maintained for our Laundry Facility
UPDATE 5/15/2020: At the advisement of the health department we are requesting that our guests use the bath and restroom facilities in their RV to increase safety. Our bath houses are currently closed at the suggestion of local health officials.
UPDATE 6/1/2020: Our Trading Post now has Plexiglas guards, touch-less thermometers for use on each employee on their shift commencement and as always, hand sanitizer. We have also instituted a completely digital registration system so that the only business left for your arrival is for us to direct you to your site. Please be advised that all guests must arrive no later than 6pm or dark, whichever comes first.
Please join our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/HiddenValleyRV to keep
up to date with new policies as the local officials make them known and for
updates to new resources to keep us sane during this health event.
Our walking group is
still together and taking advantage of all
the nature Hidden Valley provides. If
you’d like to join us, we meet at the Trading Post porch on Mon-Fri mornings at 7:30 AM
and walk for about an hour. Please make advance arrangements with us if you'd like to participate.
