I think it was a real learning experience for many of us who think of vegetarians as "carrot crunchers" and boring eaters. Each recipe was delicious and beautifully presented and we all felt like we were eating at a highly rated restaurant but with our friends and neighbors and right near our homes, whether 'sticks and bricks' or RV. Thanks once again to all our guests who made it such a success and so much fun.
