She lamented "I LIKED your Hidden Valley facebook page but very seldom see your posts. If I go to your timeline I see that you post all the time. How can I get your updates on MY page?
Well, many thanks for checking our timeline, Cindy. As all of us know, Facebook changes as often as we change socks but right now there is a way to see our updates and those of all your friends and favorite pages in your own newsfeed and even get notifications when we make a new post. Here's why you don't see them and how to get them:
When you Like a Page or add a friend, Facebook sets the amount of updates you’ll see in your News Feed to “Most Updates”. You need to manually change it to “All Updates” if you want to see the majority of posts from that friend or Page.
Here's how:
Step 1: Mouse over the Blue “Liked” or “Friends” button and make sure, “Show in News Feed” is checked. You may also want to turn on “Get Notifications” on Pages you really like so you’ll get a notification every time that Page posts an update.

Step 2: If “Show in News Feed” is checked you’ll also see a “Settings…” option. Click on “Settings…” and if “Most Updates” is checked, change it to “All Updates”. While this is not literal and you still may not see ALL updates, this is your best bet at seeing more.
